If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Software products are non-refundable once the license key has been activated.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team or visit our online return portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
